1. Who you are contracting with

2. What GREYSET is
GREYSET is a browser-based previsualisation tool. You block out a scene with grey stand-in figures and props, direct a virtual camera, and export reference video and stills intended as structural input for AI video generators. GREYSET does not generate final footage and does not guarantee any particular result from a third-party AI tool.
3. Accounts
- You may use GREYSET without an account. An account adds cloud saving and paid plans.
- You are responsible for the security of the mailbox used to sign in, since sign-in works by emailed link.
- One person or organisation per account. Do not share credentials.
4. Plans, credits and payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
- Prices are shown net. VAT or sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your country. The total you owe is always displayed before you confirm.
- AI features consume credits. A scene generated from text costs about 3 credits and a scene from a photo about 4, because each generation runs several AI passes. Plans include a monthly credit allowance; extra credits can be bought separately and do not expire.
- Included allowances (renders, projects, credits) reset each billing period and do not carry over, except separately purchased credits, which do.
- We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice by email. If you were told a promotional price applies for as long as your subscription runs, we will honour that for that subscription.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Plans & credits → Manage subscription inside the app, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU / UK)
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. To withdraw, email support@greyset.app within 14 days of subscribing; we will refund you within 14 days of receiving that notice.
Because GREYSET is digital content supplied immediately, by subscribing you request that we begin supplying the service at once and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Where the service has only been partly used, we may deduct a proportionate amount for what you used before withdrawing.
7. Refunds outside the withdrawal period
We are not obliged to refund a period you have already used, but if GREYSET was unusable through our fault, write to us and we will make it right — a refund or credit for the affected period. Unused, separately purchased credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase.
8. Your content
- Scenes, layouts and exports you create are yours. We claim no ownership.
- We store your scenes only to provide the service (cloud saving, version history) and to restore them for you.
- You keep a copy: use Export JSON for a local backup. Do not rely on our cloud as your only copy.
- Do not upload photographs you have no right to use, or material that is unlawful.
9. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass credit limits, plan limits or the payment system.
- Do not automate the service to consume AI capacity beyond normal human use.
- Do not resell access to GREYSET's AI features.
- We may suspend an account that does these things, and will explain why by email.
10. Availability
GREYSET is provided on a best-effort basis. It depends on third-party services (Cloudflare, Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic) and may be interrupted for maintenance or by their outages. We do not promise a specific uptime figure.
11. Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or consumers' statutory rights. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or for results produced by third-party AI tools you feed our exports into.
12. Ending the agreement
You may stop using GREYSET at any time and delete your account by writing to support@greyset.app; we will delete your account and scenes within 30 days. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breach of section 9, refunding any unused prepaid period.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes affecting subscribers we will give at least 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before they take effect.
14. Law and disputes
Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence and may bring proceedings there. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
